Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Case-1: The Cancellations & Refund will be considered only when you have made the payment for purchasing the Subscription Plan and the Installation / Activation of Subscription Plan yet to be done and such cancellation & request is made prior to Installation/ Activation delivery of Subscription Plan. However, the cancellation request shall not be entertained if the Subscription Plan has been Installed / Activated and delivered.

Case-2: In case you have purchased the Subscription Plan and your subscription is active and you have made any advance / extra payment to us then refund will be processed for such advance / extra payment.

Refund Processing Timelines

In case of any Refund approved by the HRFORALL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, It will take 7-15 days to reach in your account. The refund shall be made by the any one of Payment Method from Cheque/Demand Draft/Online Payment. The interest will not be paid on any refundable amount.
