By creating an account or registering at this website, purchasing a service, or accessing our platform / website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agree to be bound by these Terms. This Terms of Service forms & execute an Agreement between You and HRFORALL and this made effective from the date & time you create account or register at our Website.

  • The terms of "Free HR, Payroll and Task Management Software Module" shall mean a "HR, Payroll and Task Management Software Module Version 7.1.0 (Compatible and Developed for Prestashop E-Commerce Platform Version 8.1.3 to 8.2.3)" whose License Distribution Permission/Rights has been taken by HRFORALL from its Author/Owner, shall be provided to you to use (with its all features as shown in demo & mentioned on web hosting plan page) for your business use only at free of cost only for valid period of Web Hosting Plan. This "HR, Payroll and Task Management Software Module Version 7.1.0 (Compatible and Developed for Prestashop E-Commerce Platform Version 8.1.3 to 8.2.3)" is useful for online management of Human Recourse / Employees, Attendances & Timing, Overtime, Muster Rolls, Salary & Payroll, Allowances, Deductions, Salary Structures, Allocate Leaves, Consume Leaves, Encash Leaves, Allocate Comp-Offs, Consume Comp-Offs, Holidays, Help Desk, Documentation, Communication,  ITR Statement & POI, Task/To-Do Monitoring, Team Monitoring, Organisational Announcements, Compliances, Performance Appraisals, Official Assets, Insurance Policies, Travels and Visitors online. The source code of this Software Module shall not be shared to you.

3. ELIGIBILITY, REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTS

Our Services are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using this website or our Services, you represent and warrants that you:

  • are 18 years old.
  • have legal capacity to enter into this agreement with us.
  • are not a person who barred from purchasing or receiving Services under the laws applicable on these Terms of Service or on the applicable jurisdiction.

If it is later found that you do not have such authority from such corporate entity, you will be fully personally responsible for all the obligations under this Agreement, including the Payment of Services.

  • you shall use this Website or Services in full compliance of this Agreement.
  • you agree to back-up of your website content or data regularly and you will solely responsible for back-up of your website content or data.
  • you agree that HRFORALL is not responsible to maintain any backup of your website content or data in any manner.
  • you agree that HRFORALL is not responsible for any type loss due to data backup action not performed by you.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Misrepresentation may result in termination of your account/services.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities performed under your account
  • Implementing strong password practices

You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.

4.3 Identity Verification

We may request verification documents to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

5. SERVICES & USAGE

5.1 Web Hosting Services

We provide Web Hosting Services (Shared Web Hosting Services / Dedicated Web Hosting Services), Domains Purchase, Servers, Website Designing / Development, Software Development, Platforms, or any other related services provided by us on this Website.

5.2 Acceptable Use Requirements

You agree NOT to use the Services for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, phishing tools
  • Unauthorized access attempts (network scanning, exploit attempts, DDoS)
  • Hosting pirated content or copyrighted material without permission
  • Operating high-risk services (botnets, crypto-mining without permission)
  • Content involving violence, human exploitation, illegal pornography, or harassment
  • Reselling

Violations may lead to suspension or termination your services without notice.

5.3 Resource Usage Limits

Your use must comply with the limits of your web hosting plan:

  • No excessive CPU/RAM usage
  • No excessive disk I/O usage
  • No unlimited email sending without approval
  • No scripts causing server instability

If your usage threatens the stability of the infrastructure, we may throttle, restrict, or suspend your services.

6. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

6.1 Uptime Commitment

We strive to provide a 99.9% uptime level unless otherwise stated.
However, uptime does not include:

  • Scheduled maintenance of our source server or reseller account server
  • Software failures beyond our control on our source server or reseller account server
  • DDoS attacks or other malicious activities on our source server or reseller account server
  • Force majeure events on our source server or reseller account server
  • Third-party service outages on our source server or reseller account server
  • Any other technical issue on our source server or reseller account server

6.2 Scheduled Maintenance

We may perform planned maintenance with prior notice when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

7. PAYMENTS, FEES & BILLING

7.1 Payment Terms

  • All fees/costs are due upfront and are non-refundable.
  • All fee/cost are to be paid in advance for one year period at least.
  • Services will be auto-renewed unless you cancel before renewal and renewal invoice shall be share to you for payment and the payment time for the same will be 15 days from the invoice date. On non-payment in 15 days from the date of invoice, the Services shall be discontinued automatically without any notice. 
  • The prices of renewal shall be as per the listed prices of such Services on our this website at the renewal time.
  • We may change pricing with prior notification.

7.2 Late or Non Payments

Late Payment may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of Account or Services
  • Deletion of data after 30 days of overdue payment

Non-Payment may result in:

  • Permanent termination of Account or Services
  • Deletion of data after 30 days of overdue payment

7.3 Chargebacks

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate suspension
  • Account verification requirements
  • Additional fees

8. DATA MANAGEMENT & BACKUPS

8.1 Data Backup Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining backups of your data daily/weekly as you wish.

8.2 Data Loss

We are not responsible for:

  • Data corruption
  • Data loss due to user error or action
  • Deletion caused by service expiration or violation

9. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 Client Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.

9.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload or host:

  • Copyright-infringing materials
  • Malware or harmful software
  • Content violating privacy or intellectual property laws
  • Content that is unlawful under applicable jurisdictions

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our platform may integrate with third-party software or APIs.
We are not liable for:

  • Failures of third-party services
  • Data breaches caused by third-party applications
  • Misuse of your data by external tools

Your use of third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

11. SECURITY & SYSTEM INTEGRITY

Client Responsibilities

You must maintain security on your side, including:

  • Securing passwords
  • Not exposing API keys
  • Keeping installed plugins safe and up to date

Compromised accounts may be suspended to protect the infrastructure.

12. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

12.1 Grounds for Suspension or Termination of your Account or Services

We may suspend or terminate your Account or Services for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non payment
  • Late payment
  • Security threats
  • Excessive resource usage
  • Abuse of support services
  • Court orders or legal demands

12.2 Data Deletion

Upon termination of your Account or Services, all associated data may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
  • We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or security.
  • You assume full responsibility for use of the Services.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

  • Lost profits or business interruption
  • Loss of data
  • Service downtime
  • Security breaches
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid within the last 3 months.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of any law or third-party rights

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Plan Activation Policy at any time without prior notice and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on this website. In case any changes in this Agreement detriment to you, you may choose the cancellation of Services with by giving us a notice with the advance period of 30 days. In this case, any paid amount shall not be refunded to you. Changes will be posted with a new Last Updated date. Continued use of Services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Haryana, India.

Any dispute shall first attempt resolution through:

  3. Arbitration or court proceedings (if mediation fails)

19.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Case-1: The Cancellations & Refund will be considered only when you have made the payment for purchasing the Subscription Plan and the Installation / Activation of Subscription Plan yet to be done and such cancellation & request is made prior to Installation/ Activation delivery of Subscription Plan. However, the cancellation request shall not be entertained if the Subscription Plan has been Installed / Activated and delivered.

Case-2: In case you have purchased the Subscription Plan and your subscription is active and you have made any advance / extra payment to us then refund will be processed for such advance / extra payment.

Refund Processing Timelines

In case of any Refund approved by the HRFORALL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, It will take 7-15 days to reach in your account. The refund shall be made by the any one of Payment Method from Cheque/Demand Draft/Online Payment. The interest will not be paid on any refundable amount.
