Further, the term "you", “your”, "user" "visitor" "subscriber" shall mean any Natural or Legal Person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase the "Subscription Packages" from us. Further, the terms of "Subscription Package" shall mean the services provided (i.e. use of the HR and Payroll Management Software Module which is the sole property of HRFORALL installed & activated and delivered on Sub-Domains chosen by subscribers own choice of the Main Domain https://hrforall.in) by us to subscriber in lieu of the payment made by subscriber to us for the purchase of subscription package. Further, the terms of "Services" shall mean the services provided (i.e. use of the HR and Payroll Management Software Module which is the sole property of HRFORALL installed & activated and delivered on Sub-Domains chosen by subscribers own choice of the Main Domain https://hrforall.in) by us to subscriber in lieu of the payment made by subscriber to us for the purchase of subscription package.

Subscriber Account Creation or Account Registration

On registration or account creation at our website to use our services you agrees to the below: 

  1. Provide the correct and accurate details asked by website in various forms including the registration form. 
  2. Make the security password as much as highest and difficult and don't share to any other person even staff of HRFORALL.
  3. Keep update to HRFORALL for change of details which used to make communication with you from us for the processing of your subscriptions packages. 
  4. The complete responsibility of action/activities made or performed by your account at our website will be yours.

Terms & Conditions & Process to Purchase our Services or Subscription Packages & its Online Installation, Activation and Delivery

  1. Demo of Software: We request you take the Demo of our Software System first from our Customer Support Team before purchasing the subscription and ensure & check before purchase subscription that the all features & capabilities which are available & shown in demo are meeting your requirements or not. If all the available features & capabilities of demo software are meeting your requirements & you are fully satisfied with the those, then only purchase the standard subscription package which are listed on this website to subscribe. 
  2. Requirement of Custom Features & Capabilities : We clearly declare Further, if you feel any other changes/addition/deletion in features & capabilities of software, you required to discuss the same with our Customer Support Team first and they will analyse your requirement and will confirm our capabilities to provide the same the to you. If, we are not capable to make your custom requirements they will confirm the same to you and if we are capable and can provide your custom requirements, they will share you the appropriate cost of customisation and in this case you need to pay the cost of customisation first then we will provide the customised subscription package for you and you need to buy that customised subscription only.
  3. Limitation of Features & Capabilities of Software : We clearly declared that the software features & capabilities are limited to only as shown in demo and given on product subscription page and will be provided you those only.
  4. Purchase of Subscription : Once, you purchase the subscription package and the payment of subscription order received to our in our bank account our team will start the working of Installation & Activation of software on your chosen Sub-Domain. on our Main Domain https://hrforall.in. The Sub-Domain will be chosen by you with your own choice during placing the subscription order.
  5. Providing Your Input for Global Configuration of Software : After purchase the subscription you need to provide your input about the Global Configuration of Software on the form available in your online customer account at our customer service portal or on given link in Subscription Order Confirmation email.
  6. Software Installation & Activation and Delivery of Login Credentials : As we receive your above input along with payment confirmation, the installation & activation of software on your chosen Sub-Domain will be done within 24 hours (It maximum can be 48-72 hours if any technical issue faced during the installation and activation) and the login credentials will be delivered to your as the Online Delivery of your subscription package. Now you can start working on that for your team.
  7. License of Limited & Permitted Uses of Subscription Package : When you purchases, the subscription package, we grant you the non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable limited license for use & operate our HR and Payroll Management Software for only active Subscription Period, which will be installed on your chosen Sub-Domain at our Main Domain i.e. https://hrforall.in against the cost of subscription package paid by you to us.

    The "Active Subscrition Period" of subscription shall be period from the date your subscription purchase payment revived to us to till the end of its expiry date. The Expirty Date for all packages are given below : 

    Yearly Package: 365 Days from the date your subscription package payment received to us.

    2 Year Package: 720 Days from the date your subscription package payment received to us.

    1095 Year Package: 720 Days from the date your subscription package payment received to us

    Under above license, you will have the access to use our software at your chosen Sub-Domain to use and operate for your business operations only and you may not resell, lease or provide them other any other party in any manner whatsoever.

  8. Cancellation of Subscription Package and License of Limited & Permitted Use: The Subscription Package and License of Limited & Permitted Use both will be automatically cancelled on end of of expiry date, if it is not renewed further by making the payment to HRFORALL on listed rates. Upon cancellation of Subscription Package and License of Limited & Permitted Use, the services of Software usage which provided to subscriber on Sub-Domain shall be stopped &  terminated until the renewal of Subscription Package.

  9. Provision of Subscriber Data Handover on Termination of License of Limited Use: In case of termination of "License of Limited & Permitted Use", the data of Subscriber till the date of termination "License of Limited & Permitted Use", shall be handed over to Subscriber in the form of .sql file within 7 days of such termination.
  10. Regular Data Backup: The data backup of Software which is bing used by Subscriber, shall be taken at midnight of every day and shall be stored on the server of HRFORALL. Further, the data shall be provided by the HRFORALL to Subscriber on their demand subject the there should not be any payable amount pending at Subscriber end. 

Main Domain 

Main Domain means the Main Domain on which the website is running i.e. https://hrforall.in which is the sole property of HRFORALL.

Sub Domain

Sub-Domain means the a Sub-Domain will be created on the Main Domain by us with the name choice of the Subscriber. The name choice of Sub-Domain will be given by the Subscriber during placing the Subscription Purchase Order. Further, the HR and Payroll Management Software will be Installed, Activated and Online Delivered by us to Subscriber on the Sub-Domain chosen by Subscriber for the use of Subscriber for his Active Period of Subscription Only. The Sub-Domain shall be absolute and sole property of HRFORALL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMTED as the Main Domain's sole owner is the HRFORALL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.
